ost & pst

• ost is local cache file and is safe to delete
• pst is unique, and there is no copy on the Exchange server

Run Outlook in Safemode (without add-ins loaded)

• Open cmd
• cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16
• outlook /safe

Recall an email in Outlook

• From Sent Items, double click the email, from the top menu, click Actions->Recall This Message, default setting as below:
  • Delete unread copies of this message
  • Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient

Outlook profile

• From control panel->Email, we could check the current Outlook profile and create a new one as needed
